Application Details
Player Name: What name do you go by? You do not need to use your real name.
Player Pronouns: What pronouns do you use?
Player Contact: Let us know where we can contact you.
Player Age: All players must be 18+.

Character Name: What is your character's full name?
Canon: What is your character's canon?
Canon Point: What canon point are you taking your character from? This canon point must be at least two weeks old. If you are pulling them from CRAU, this is where you would put that. Same if you are going with an iteration.
Age: Are you sticking with canon age or are you aging them up? All characters must be at least 18+ upon entry to the game.
Species: What is your character's species?
Journal: What journal do you intend to use for this game?
Permissions: You must have a filled-out permissions page when you submit your application. If you do not have a code for permissions, you can find a variety here.

Goals: What goals might they have? Are they looking for a long lost parent? Striving for revenge? Do they just want to live another day to eat some good food? The goals do not need to be extensive. If there are no canon goals, feel free to guess as to what they might be and what canon evidence makes you believe that. This does not need to be overly complex unless you want it to be.

Morals: What are your character's morals? Do they believe that theft is bad? Do they think murder is sometimes okay? Are they religious? What are their morals or lack thereof? If there are no canon morals, feel free to guess as to what they might be and what canon evidence makes you believe that. This does not need to be overly complex unless you want it to be.

Struggles: What does your character struggle with whether mentally or physically? What have they struggled with in the past or what do they anticipate struggling with in the future? If they have never had struggles before, explain why. If there are no canon struggles, feel free to guess as to what they might be and what canon evidence makes you believe that. This does not need to be overly complex unless you want it to be.

Position: Will they be a student, professor, or general faculty? Characters can be in multiple positions at a time if it works with their background. For example, a professor of science might be a student of language. All professors could theoretically be students, but not all students could qualify as professors. Students may want to help keep the grounds clean. A character may simply want to do janitorial work and have nothing to do with academics at all.

Explanation: Why are they a good fit for this position? Professors need to have actual real-life experience and expertise for whatever they are teaching. A character who just started to learn how to fight could never teach a course on fighting. We will pay close attention to this section and it will need to make sense or else we will ask for revisions. This is so we understand our players are able and willing to play in the setting appropriately.

Introspective Writing Sample: This sample should primarily consist of introspection for the character you are applying. This can be the character internally reacting to a situation or a past event. This sample might not have your character talking at all, only reacting and thinking. You can write a fresh sample for this application or use a sample from our TDM, another game's TDM/event, Bakerstreet, or PSLs.

Interactive Writing Sample: This sample needs to show how your character interacts with other characters whether through physicality or dialogue. You can write a fresh sample for this application or use a sample from our TDM, another game's TDM/event, Bakerstreet, or PSLs.
