I see that it says ghosts can either stay ghosts or be brought back alive, and I just want to clarify! Does this mean if my character is a ghost from the start of her series, I can bring her as she is but no longer a ghost?

For reference, she is from Ghosts (US), and I would be okay leaving her a ghost except that in her canon that means not being seen or heard or being able to interact with the living world in any meaningful way. And logistically, that could be a problem!
