Hi, I'd like a clarification on the "no fandom OCs" rule, since I saw another question on your interest check post saying tabletop characters are okay. This character is a Pokemon OC, but she's from a forum RP that's a completely custom region and has no connection to any canon Pokemon characters apart from some CRAU interactions. Would she be appable?

A more minor question - she usually has her Pokeballs on her, but since pets don't come along immediately, would she not have her Pokeballs when she ends up on campus, or would she have them but empty?
